I used PayPal to make my purchase, and have since returned/canceled an item, why haven’t I been refunded?
At Shopdrtess we will process your refund in a timely manner once the product is received and inspected for condition. If you haven’t received your refund back from PayPal it may be because you used a credit card to make your payment. PayPal states on their site that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement. Are gift certificate purchases refundable?
All gift certificate purchases are final. Gift certificates cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-refundable if lost or stolen.

How do I choose the right skincare for me?
First, you have to determine your skin goal/s and main skin concern/s. We have organized our products based on the most common skin concerns (Acne, Anti-Aging, Brightening, etc.). If you still need help, you can always contact us.
What type of results should I expect?
We only sell products that Dr. Tess has personally used and recommended and is good for most skin types and tones, but results vary and are not guaranteed as skin types and responsiveness are based on the individual.
What is the difference between shopdrtess medical grade products and department store products?
Medical grade products are only sold at doctor’s offices because of the prescription strength of the ingredients. These types of ingredients are more effective at treating different skin issues. Therefore it must be distributed under the care of a physician.
